Rivercity Consultants is a structural engineering consultancy in Brisbane, providing design, peer review, and RPEQ certification services across commercial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors throughout South East Queensland.
Founded by Utsav Shrivastava (ME | RPEQ | NER | MIEAust), the practice brings over 14 years of multidisciplinary design and delivery experience gained across Australia, the US, and India.
Utsav’s background spans residential, commercial, healthcare, and education projects — including complex hospital redevelopments, modular and precast systems, and large-scale industrial facilities. His work is grounded in balancing performance, constructability, and cost efficiency, ensuring every design solution is practical and fit for purpose.
